COSMETIC DENTISTRY -

Cosmetic dentistry ranges from tooth color filling to porcelain veneers to Invisalign clear teeth straightening aligners.  Tooth color filling may be utilized to make minor changes to shape or color of teeth.  Porcelain veneers are a more permanent solution.  Dramatic changes in shape and color will be made with veneers.  This is what many see with perfect teeth of movie stars.  Invisalign is a technique used to straighten teeth without braces through the use of removable clear aligners similar to retainers.   This technique is very popular since the aligners may be removed for meals or meetings as needed.

DENTURES, PARTIALS, AND REPAIRS -

The bottom line– good dentures look like real teeth, not dentures!  Our dentures and partials are made with high quality acrylic.  You will help decide between a variety of gum and teeth shades to best match your esthetic desires.  With the purchase of a premium package, you will have unlimited try ins of your new dentures or partial while it is still in the wax stage.  This allows you complete control over tooth selection, placement and appearance before processing into acrylic.  Depending on how many try ins desired, this may be a several day process.  Denture prices range from (set) $280-$975; Partials range from (single) $185- $725.  Warranties and adjustment durations range from 6 months to 5 year warranties and 6 month to lifetime adjustments based on package.  Come see and feel what dentures are supposed to be like!

TEETH WHITENING -

We offer in-office 1 hour Zoom treatment as well as take home teeth whitening kits to enhance your beautiful smile.  In-office treatment is effective in 1 hour but may cause temporary sensitivity, best reduced by brushing with prescription strenghth flouride.  Take home kits are somewhat less effective and involve placing whitening gel into trays made from impressions of your mouth 1 hour daily.  Whitening effects appear in approximately 2 weeks with controlled or eliminated sensitivity.  Price for Zoom in-office treatment is $499 and take home whitening kit is $200.  Schedule a free consultation to decide your best option.

EXAM, CLEANING, CROWNS, BRIDGES, FILLINGS, AND ROOT CANALS

One of the most important things to maintain oral health is to get an exam and cleaning every 6 months.  This, combined with good home care, is the best defense against cavities.  When cavities do appear, early detection through frequent exams and cleanings minimizes the effort and expense needed to repair teeth.  When a large area of a tooth is involved, a crown may be required to “cap” the tooth for overall strength.  Missing teeth can be replaced by a bridge, which is simply several crowns  in a row made into one piece.  Fillings may be either silver or tooth colored.  Silver fillings are stronger, but tooth colored fillings are much more cosmetic.  Your dentist will explain the pros and cons based on the area involved.
